New updates to laws and keeping track of laws across all 50 states.

Definitely has helped our multistate new hire process and the notices required. Has helped us stay on top of legal updates and how they apply to HR processes.
It's really helped us stay on top of everything as the HR landscape shifts throughout the year. The daily emails are helpful because they highlight timely legal updates.

Mineral does not seem to be on top of the legal updates and you have to really search for the content, it's not easily organized
