Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

I use Brightmine almost on a daily basis. Whether it's to remind me of the ever-changing paid family leave laws or just to confirm the final pay by state. I love all of the compliance updates. They have a vast number of resources for any and every HR or payroll topic. If you're new to HR this website is truly a godsend.

I am able to relay necessary changes before they take effect. We have had a history of finding out information from employees after the fact.
The handbook resources have been awesome. We are currently reworking and updating our employee handbook. It was a total hot mess.

I am the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, so I have nothing to do with the hiring process; however, there was an article that came to me about preemployment screening. I was able to share this with our recruiter to make sure she was compliant.

Using Brightmine

5 - Our entire HR team uses it. We reference it to keep up with Payroll and HR compliance. I also use to help me with benefits administration. Every Friday when my days is slow, I will go through and review the updated policies. I love the 50 state charts, I use them for everything.
