Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

We use Brightmine's templates for letters, policies, and forms. They provide a really useful starting point for most scenarios.

Pros

  • FAQs.
  • Line manager briefings.

Cons

  • More training resources would be useful.
  • Saves time on drafting documents when using Brightmine templates.
Brightmine's policies and documents are up to date with employment law so are useful checks to make sure our documentation is compliant.
Just for the purposes of using up-to-date documentation.
Brightmine is way ahead of its competitors. Its products are much more wide-ranging, comprehensive, and easy to navigate.
