Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

Mainly use the system for ER templates - letters for grievances, etc. and use the case studies to help us with some more complex situations, including using it for employment law information. We also use it to look at case reviews and studies across the board to help us make a more informed decision for our strategies.

Pros

  • Case studies.
  • Grievance templates.
  • Informative information.

Cons

  • Sometimes needing to amend the letters feels a little old school and cold for the templates.
  • No templates for consultations.
  • Reduced legal costs.
  • Reduced time for letters as templates are ready to go.
Annual leave carryover when long-term sick helped us understand exactly what the entitlement was Employment law in general very useful.
Well-being case studies helped us find a starting position for financial advice.
Used Brightmine is the last company with a solid resource and wealth of information.

Great for templates, for instance, grievance and disciplinary situations, but for collective consultation, although there's lots of helpful information, there don't appear to be any templates.
