Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
I use Brightmine to keep up with case law and legislation changes via their daily newsletters. I also make frequent use of the excellent manager training pasks they produce and letter/form templates. We could never keep our own template bank as up to date and comprehensive as Brightmine. Information is easy to find on the website and advice is accessible, relevant and easy to understand. Saves me a great deal of time.

- Sometimes the amount of detail on certain topics can look a little overwhelming but hard to know how that could be done differently.
- I don't have the data to share other than my own time saved which over the years I've used it must add up to weeks of time and effort. For example it can take many hours putting together a training course on something like absence management. Brightmine materials are good to go with little or no tweaking.
I frequently share knowledge and news from Brightmine with colleagues, which means we are able to stay on top of best practice and remain compliant with UK employment law.
