Overall Satisfaction with XpertHR

We are using XperHR for policy and procedure review and implementation. Using their templates to update ours or create them to begin with but also to ensure we stay updated with UK legislations. We also use the Gender Pay gap reporting tool that has shown to be very useful to ensure accurate GPG reporting and receiving additional commentary.

Our company received a positive impact through XpertHR when we sought guidance on flexible working changes, used facility friendly policies to update our to provide an increased/ enhanced family pay package e.g. maternity and shared parental leave. Looking up employee leave policy and making sure parental bereavement leave is included and how to best word it in a sensible matter
Through the email reminders and prompt we are able to get real time updates on anything HR related which we may want to consider and look at ourselves. Often they give us the motive to review our own strategy. Also through regular surveys we identify gaps in our strategy to address
I have not directly used it but used it by passing on questions and queries to my HR network to obtain their advice. Often I felt that they do not provide direct advice to directly address my concerns or queries but more generic feedback that might be applicable or not. I think their advice often provides multiple and vague outcomes but not tailored to the outcome the business wants
