XpertReview

I have used XpertHR now for a number years including their benchmarking tool Cendex. We predominantly use XpertHR for legal updates, updating our policies, and reading articles relating to best practices. We also use the legal service for us to remain informed and to get advice on complex matters. We feel XpertHR helps us create great debates within the HR team from the articles and policies we read which has led to us reviewing our internal policies and updating them where necessary.

We have recently used XpertHR to update all our HR-related policies and we trust this resource in order to guide us with best practices and to keep us legally compliant. I must also state the policies and documents are simple to understand and easier for employees to understand without any jargon.

We receive the XpertHR updates and these are good as they share not only legal updates but also shares with us articles in terms of best practices that shape internal debates. We are keen to see what updates are coming forward as a result of the Brexit sunset ruling.
