Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
Primarily used for policy templates, especially for new policies to be created and occasional letter templates and training documents for managers. We very occasionally use the legal advice helpline, but this is only for unusual cases as we have a team of knowledgeable HR advisers.

Occasional use of policy templates, however, we get our HR legal advice from our internal HR professional knowledge and from other employment law advisers who offer indemnification.
Newsletter updates provide helpful information to ensure we stay current, and saves time on research on new legislation.
