Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
Template policies and/or forms have been a great help. Also using the updated case law to review and amend existing policies. Using the legal advice line, has been beneficial for sense checking decision making or checking case law.
Pros
- Providing template policies and letters/forms
- Providing updates on recent case law or employment law changes
- Providing legal guidance when required
Cons
- There isn't anything as of yet that I would want to improve on
- Return on investment has been great - I had to review and amend over 20 policies and procedures - the use of templates and policies saved an immense amount of time.
Brightmine allowed me to fully review the existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and present this back to the business as best practice in mitigating risk.
Updates and news has allowed the business to understand trends and different ways of looking on how to provide an add value HR function.
