We use the resource tools a lot to implement new or update existing template forms, letters and policies. The salary benchmark tool is always useful in strengthening our annual pay review discussions

Brightmine has assisted us a great deal in the way of ensuring we are following best practice when information is limited, we can find this on your portal.
