Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

Brightmine resources are used when reviewing our current HR policies, processes and procedures for guidance on what content should be included. It is also used when faced with a new or unfamilar HR problem for advise on how to approach the new situation.

We have conducted reviews of our HR policies and procedures this year and each time look to Brightmine for guidance on content to include.
Brightmine is reviewed regularly for guidance on policy compliance.
Brightmine provide comprehensive advise like CIPD HR Inform. Advise is easy to understand.

It is great to use Brightmine when you want example policies and template letters that you can adapt. Brightmine is less suited when you want example policies documents with a softer tone of voice.
