Yes, it has helped stay compliant against employment legislation and any new changes that HR professionals need to stay on top. While not all policies are required legally, it has also bought to light certain policies or frameworks a company should have in place to ensure best practice. This make is easier to plan for future situations.
Brightmine is quite comprehensive to ensure all key points are covered but also flexible enough to be able to adapt them to suit the organisation. The webinars have been extremely useful to become aware of any changes so HR professionals can plan in advance.
