To support our policies - updating and ensuring we are compliant To check information and ensure we are compliant To support with letter writing

  • The information I am looking for doesn't always show in the search bar
  • Not to have to be so specific in the wording when searching
  • Legal information invaluable
  • Saved time on research when it comes to policy update
  • Reduced legal costs
We are currently updating all of our policies within the company to ensure that not only are we compliant but they are fresh and in-line with our competitors.
As we work with many managers that don't have a HR background it is imperative that we are able to send out clear communication to all, this means that we have consistency across the board. We are able to share templates and guidance and have the confidence to know that everyone is using the same and correct information.

When dealing with TUPE the information is clear and informative, ballot papers useful, overall very useful. In some areas there is too much information and it isn't always very clear when looking for certain scenarios for example looking to see if you can gift to employees without it being being a taxable benefit, I couldn't find the information on the site
