We used it to help with template letters and wording. We also use it for research and looking at scenarios. It is used by the HR team and used to help develop our knowledge in HR. It is also useful for any changes in legislation or updates within the HR sector.

Likelihood to Recommend

Brightmine is well suited to give you something to start with and a basis for letters and wording etc. It is very good at sending out recommended reads to areas of HR you are interested in. That what-if scenario maps are a very useful learning tool. Sometimes it can be tricky to navigate and too wordy, would benefit from images/diagrams to make it more visual. Sometimes I don't have time to read through big chunks of text.
