Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

Zenefits is easy to set up and use. It was a great bridge HRIS for us when we had about 15 employees, and worked well for us until we got to about 50 people. At that point, we felt like we needed something more robust because as Zenefits was growing as well, we started to get slower response rates from them.

  • It helped us postpone hiring an HR person for almost 2 years

Namely is more customized and they offer a higher level of stability and assistance with set up and maintenance.
I think Zenefits is really good for a very small business that needs a simple, easy to use system. It is not ideal for a company that has surpassed the mom and pop shop level. At that point, many companies might want something that adds more HR value. If all you want is a straight up record keeping device this works well.
