Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits
Zenefits is being used throughout the company, it syncs well with payroll and employees are able to enroll in benefits very easily on Zenefits. It is limited in the way documents are uploaded (the format is terribly off and there's not much that can be done).

- The account rep often takes a while to get back to the customer and they are marketed as specialists but they are mostly just a middle person.
- Positive because there was no monetary investment other than making Zenefits our benefits broker
