Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

We use Zenefits for all HR, Payroll, and Benefits needs. We use it across the whole organization.

Zenefits would be well suited for a team of HR professionals that had the time to completely learn the system and had the time to sit on hold for HOURS on end with support. Not for small companies with an HR department of one trying to juggle an entire company and can't get anybody to help from their customer support team.
