Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

Zenefits has helped us automate several internal people operations processes. We've digitized our onboarding process, our benefits enrollment and administration, time off, and our 401k. The amount of time we've saved has been tremendous. There are still drawbacks, namely that it can be hard to get in touch with their customer service team sometimes when there are issues to be resolved.

Zenefits has been a better tool for our purposes than Paychex Flex. While Zenefits is a fairly rigid tool without a lot of options for customization, Paychex has even fewer options for customization and their customer services is even more difficult to deal with.

Zenefits is great for smaller orgs that need tools that are usually only available to larger organizations. They've made something that is truly helpful for small businesses and can make them operate like they have a full HR team.
