Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

We use Zenefits for payroll for employees and contingent workers. We also use it for performance tracking and time and attendance. This is our only HR software and it accomplishes everything we need in one place. The compliance library has also served as a nice place to go for templates when we need it.

Zenefits had more features with HR management beyond just payroll. Our payroll situation is not complex so this was better for us.

It is great for small businesses! This has allowed us to not hire an external HR person and we can get it all done. The resources they have in the HR compliance library are great!
