No more confusion with our proofs!

We use Ziflow for reviewing videos throughout the production process internally, as well as with the client. Since Ziflow is very versatile, we can use it in every single step of the process, whether it's for proofing storyboards or full-on edits. It's great to have a central place to make all comments and edits that points out exactly what part of the asset needs to be altered not just with a timestamp, but also with actual highlights. It definitely beats our old "timestamps in a document" method by a mile! While not the only proofing platform out there, Ziflow does exactly what it promises and I have no reason to look elsewhere.

Ziflow has made the review process almost effortless. Not only is there clarity across our team, making sure everyone is (literally) on the same page, there is clearer communication with the client as well. Aside from the functions, it's also Ziflow's outstanding interface that helps with this. Some of our clients aren't necessarily too experienced with complex software, which is why it's great how Ziflow makes it very easy for anyone to review an asset with all of its visual cues.

It's a crucial part of how we go about the review process. It has improved our communication and brought so much more clarity to the process. Especially with our team being based around the world and everything happening remotely, it's a perfect way to stay aligned and never lose track.
