Ziflow for web designers - a MUST-HAVE
Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
My company uses Ziflow as a means of communication between departments - specifically to communicate client changes to the Design team regarding the assets they're working on. Ziflow is used by multiple departments within our organization and is even shared with clients for the most direct feedback. This process addresses many problems that companies experience, such as receiving clear feedback and having [a] record of previous versions/changes to an asset that may be lost when client requests are only conveyed verbally.
Pros
- Ability to make specific comments using text and graphics.
- Places to store plenty of information for an asset.
- Ways of sharing proofs to multiple people with ease.
Cons
- Bug where sharing a proof gives other user access to your own Ziflow account.
- Box/arrow graphics per comment moving on proof.
- Helped to organize assets per employee.
- Now able to share projects with other employees with ease.
- Ability to notify when changes are required in a timely manner.
