Ziflow for web designers - a MUST-HAVE

My company uses Ziflow as a means of communication between departments - specifically to communicate client changes to the Design team regarding the assets they're working on. Ziflow is used by multiple departments within our organization and is even shared with clients for the most direct feedback. This process addresses many problems that companies experience, such as receiving clear feedback and having [a] record of previous versions/changes to an asset that may be lost when client requests are only conveyed verbally.

Ziflow has helped tremendously with our review process for creat[ing] content. Employees [can] comment [on] changes or approve content with ease, all while getting a proper experience of the project they're analyzing. Reviewers are able to look at web design content through different viewports (iPad, iPhone, etc.), which ultimately affect the layout of the project's content. This gives the reviewer a more authentic experience as if they were viewing the project on those devices in real-time. Reviewers are also given the opportunity to make specific comments by adding text, images, attachments, and using graphics (boxes, arrows, lines, etc.) to pinpoint the exact area that [needs] change.

Ziflow has shortened the amount of time our company spends reviewing a project. With the ability to accurately convey changes required (through Ziflows in-depth commenting options), our teams' collaboration is all the more clear and concise. This helps a project move along to approval much quicker, ultimately helping our team meet deadlines.
