Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
As of right now, Ziflow is only being used by our content department. It streamlines our proofing process with all our clients and gives us a cleaner and snappier workflow. One of the biggest benefits is that everything's in one place, no more 500 pages of e-mail conversations to scroll through trying to find the one version that got greenlit.
- The proofing tool is very user friendly and easy to get the hang of.
- Speaking of the proofing tool, the way you can highlight specific areas and comment on them whether it's a video or image is very useful.
- The fact that you can upload work files such as PSD files is very useful.
- Time saving.
- Looking more professional towards our clients.

As mentioned before, the whole process from internal reviewing to client proofing has been extremely streamlined and simplified thanks to Ziflow.
