Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

We use Ziflow for creative approval and asset management. Our partners utilize Ziflow as a creative repository so they can refer back to any assets we've sent for their approval for the duration of our partnership.

Before Ziflow, we didn't have a creative reviews process. With the platform, we built a creative reviews process where it is the center of it. Without Ziflow, we couldn't have the efficient and organized process that our organization relies on today.
Having a content reviews process in a single platform vs. through email has been extremely beneficial for our organization. Working in a start-up based environment, it's easy to miss emails and email replies that often contain comments and requests. In Ziflow, we never miss a beat and have greatly improved partner relations. Prior to Ziflow, partners were not involved at all in the proofing and approval of their assets. With Ziflow, we did have to do a little bit of grooming to help partners understand what we're looking for in their approvals, but in the long-term we've seen great results. Our creative team is able to get quick answers on ever-evolving branding guidelines and ensure that all outbound creative adheres to said guidelines. Additionally, for the most part, our partners approve historically 90% of all creative assets on the first pass.

Ziflow is a very useful tool with a lot of benefits and I give major kudos to the team for continuously making improvements that make the software even better. Ziflow is great because all creative is maintained in one place with its comments and feedback easily accessible. We use Ziflow to get partner approvals on creative assets across about 50 different partner accounts, so keeping everything separate yet organized in one place is critical. Ziflow has helped us dispute communications that were inaccurate and has helped save our project management teams hours in searching through emails to find responses. However, sometimes we do find that Ziflow falls short of our needs. Not being able to bulk download is a critical request from our partners, and some of the features in the platform aren't intuitive. Additionally as a project manager, I often find I have to do a lot of clicks around the platform to get one small thing done, like reminding a partner their feedback is late, or adding and removing contacts from our accounts.
