Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

We use Ziflow to route internal documents to several people in the team structure (25+ people) to consolidate feedback quickly.

Pros

  • Setup of flow through team
  • Capture comments and updates quickly and efficiently
  • Setup of "group" to make routing to multiple people easier

I am coming from a very manual system before my time here, I love that I can schedule tasks to waterfall from each other. I love being able to set up groups for easy proofing setups. Ziflow works great when the routing needs to happen in a straight line, but for us it doesn't work so well when multiple people need to review together and see what the others are doing.
