Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

I didn't know about Ziflow until I started my current job. I was used to emailing PDFs to our team members for each of them to mark up separately. Not only was it time-consuming, there were also always problems with version control. Ziflow is perfect because all team members can review the latest work together. There is never a question of whether you're reviewing the latest version/comments, and previous versions are also accessible with the click of a button.
  • Ensures all team members are reviewing and commenting on the latest work
  • Previous versions of the work are easily accessible to reference
  • There are an array of tools you can use to make sure your comments are clear (arrows, boxes, etc.)
  • There's also a feature where you can add attachments to further clarify your comments
  • Minor occasional glitches if you're not using the latest software. Personally I prefer the interface of the older version.
  • Improved efficiency: feedback is easy to communicate and everyone is reviewing the same file
  • Time saved: minimizing errors that result from unclear comments and poor version control
  • Flexibility of resources: if the original designer is pulled into another project, it's easy to bring someone else up-to-speed by allowing them to see previous versions of the work
Ziflow improves efficiency by ensuring all team members are reviewing the same version of the work. It also allows users to see and add comments in real-time. For example, rather than wait until all questions and comments are in from a previous reviewer, a users is able to see them as they're added and respond in a timelier fashion.
Ziflow improves collaboration by allowing all team members to comment and communicate on the document itself. You can even tag team members on comments so that they get email notifications and can quickly address them. Gone are the days where you have to rely on long email chains to make sure all feedback is received.

We use Ziflow to review all creative work -- anything from print and digital collateral, to emails, to digital/social ads, to PPT presentations. It is perfect for any projects that go through several reviews and rounds of feedback and that have multiple people involved. This is because it ensures you're always reviewing the latest version, seeing comments/feedback from all team members, able to communicate with team members directly on the file, and able to easily reference previous versions.
