Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We currently use Ziflow to assist in getting approval of designs from our customers. The problem we were solving was that our original process was time-consuming to set up the proof to send to the customer. Ziflow helps us save time from doing repetitive tasks that we were doing before. We use Zillow for approval of documents for printing.

Ziflow has greatly decreased the effort we put in on our proofing process. It has reduced the proof setup time for us. While reducing the number of calls we received from customers on how to complete the proofing process.
Ziflow has greatly improved our proofing process between us and our customers. Our last process was confusing to our customers and was not always clear to them. Where Ziflow offers a much more intuitive process on our side and the customers side. By switching we have reduced the number of customer calls asking how to complete their proof.

We used Adobe Sign for customers to sign for their approvals however it was not designed for this and just caused unnecessary problems. Ziflow help solve the problems that Adobe Sign created.
