Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

Ziflow makes it efficient to capture comments and suggestions at every point in the review process. It has cut down the number of steps and eliminated confusion throughout the process. Very good for detail-oriented reviewers, as the interface allows clear communication and documentation.

Ziflow was cheaper compared to ProofHQ. We didn't need another project management system since also using Asana, so our tech stack with Asana and Ziflow is currently working great.
Especially working in a remote environment with our team and other departments, Ziflow has been crucial for routing our design review and approvals. Some people prefer making live changes in PPT; however, we're trying to steer the team away from this behavior. If Ziflow had a similar functionality that may be helpful.
