Ziflow makes it efficient to capture comments and suggestions at every point in the review process. It has cut down the number of steps and eliminated confusion throughout the process. Very good for detail-oriented reviewers, as the interface allows clear communication and documentation.

Ziflow has been a game-changer for our team, especially since we previously would pass PDFs back and forth via email for approvals or attempt to use Asana's proofing feature. With Ziflow primarily focusing on addressing proofing needs as a company, they've done a great job of implementing this need.
Ziflow has made a huge difference in getting timely reviews and approvals, both internally within our design team and externally with our stakeholders. Having all of the captured change requests in one location is extremely helpful.
