Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used Ziflow to streamline the design and the approval process. We had an issue where the team wasn't to able to work collaboratively in an efficient way, which caused multiple changes not to be tracked and then duplicated by departments when they looked at the emails. This allowed an increased flow of communication to take place.

We have several email campaigns that need to reviewed by multiple people and changes tracked in a single document. We have a specific cadence it must follow which Ziflow allowed us to do this. They only issue is the roll out will need buy in from all employees, which can be difficult as it is a new program
