Use Cases and Deployment Scope

So it's always a challenge how to direct my clients to give us feedback on graphics and designs. It's especially hard for less tech-savvy clients or clients who have a hard time focusing on reviewing a large file and organizing notes. Ziflow makes it sooooooooooo easy for them to go through a document and add a note exactly where they need to give feedback or request a change. It makes my life easier and theirs! It has streamlined the reviewing process so much faster than before!

Easy-to-use file reviewer for clients to comb through designs and leave notes/feedback
Saves variations of each design to have a record of changes (GREAT for accountability of designer mistakes and/or client requests)
Tracks clients actions within the document

Cons

I had no idea until now that I could have been connecting this to my Asana projects - trying it soon for sure!

Productivity for clients: Clients respond with feedback 5x faster than without using Ziflow, so it makes it easier for them to visually go through the document and organize requests or feedback
Productivity for designers: This might sound bad, but the fact that mistakes are more recorded with Ziflow when a client gives feedback, we make fewer mistakes knowing that

Effort

Sped up the whole review process. Mainly because I don't have to track down clients to simply open up a file and review it - a task that always seems easy to me, but I forget that not all clients have apps to review things or know how to use them. Ziflow is easy for them to use, and because Ziflow tracks opens, reviews, and approvals, it makes likes so much easier in the reviewing process.

Collaboration

We can not just track the reviewing process but mistakes with it. This holds the designer way more accountable when there is a record of mistakes that took place - making us better!

Alternatives Considered

There is no other system like Ziflow, honestly. We used Asana for project management, but it was too complicated for clients to use for file reviewing or just didn't differ from emailing it to them.

Likelihood to Recommend

Ziflow is a must-have for any creative or creative agency. No longer am I hunting down clients non-stop to review something. Most of the time, it's not that a client is lazy or anything. But some less tech-savvy people find reviewing files overwhelming if they don't have good apps. Ziflow solves this problem for them and gives them accountability as there's a visual record now of what they ask and how often they ask it.
