Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ZixGateway for our email encryption and ZixOne as our mobile email app.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Automatically encrypts email that may have sensitive data like an SSN or account number to protect customer information.
TheZixOne phone app allows us to control email access to phones without having to wipe a mobile device in case of theft, loss or termination.
The ZixOne portal is easy to use.

Cons

ZixOne - reading attachments in calendar events does not work
ZixGateway - support has not always been the best. Sometimes great, other times not so great.

Return on Investment

End user phone email set up is easier than Active Sync.

Price was reasonable and setup was easy

Likelihood to Recommend

ZixOne is an excellent product for mobile devices.
