Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)
We use ZixGateway for our email encryption and ZixOne as our mobile email app.
- Automatically encrypts email that may have sensitive data like an SSN or account number to protect customer information.
- TheZixOne phone app allows us to control email access to phones without having to wipe a mobile device in case of theft, loss or termination.
- The ZixOne portal is easy to use.
- ZixOne - reading attachments in calendar events does not work
- ZixGateway - support has not always been the best. Sometimes great, other times not so great.
- End user phone email set up is easier than Active Sync.
