Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)
[It's being used to] Secure email for both outgoing and incoming mail. Used by the whole organization. The program addresses protecting privacy for our clients.
- Ease of use for outgoing mail.
- One time registration for outside participants to use the Portal.
- The use of keyword triggers and behind the scene encryption.
- Difficult to add exception emails, emails that need to go through TLS but not get stopped by keyword triggers.
- Not able to talk to customer service. Must go through email.
- Clumsy use of admin site.
- Allows our company to have peace of mind that we are offering our clients the safety of their information if they choose to use email.
- We feel very good as a company that we have addressed the issue of privacy by the regulators.
- Customers no longer complain they must send via mail or fax. Customers are very happy to be able to use email to communicate with us.
