Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

Our entire company is using Zix to send secure email which is required by our industry.
  • Automated secure email.
  • The ability to choose which emails to send unsecure.
  • Customizable secure words.
  • Some of our Lenders cannot open emails sent thru Zix.
  • Not all emails encrypt automatically that contain secure email in an attachment..
  • Peace of mind that our staff is using secure email.
The automatic encryption and that the procedure met customer standards.
Zix has been well received by several of our local lenders. However, there are still a few local and non-local lenders and customers that cannot open secure email sent by Zix.

Using Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

Most of the time the email is encrypted automatically so there is not a button our staff have to remember to push. When in doubt we can have the staff use ZixEncrypt in the subject line to make sure the email is sent securely.
