In our organization, we are using Zoho Cliq, and it plays a major role in/check-out, internal chatting, stand-up calls, etc. A best companion ever.

Cons

can be combined all the Zoho software like Zoho Payroll and Zoho People in one place so we can use all the things in one place
currently Zoho were implementing many features but it would be better if they improve the UI/UX
it looks formal, so it can be make as creative

worth buying this tool
each and every feature of Zoho Cliq is excellent
however, they could implement more features

Based on my experience with Cliq it is very cool and easy, I will give 10/10, because of their quality.

Zoho Cliq plays an essential role in internal communication. There is no disadvantage to this; it's an amazing tool to use.

Regarding the Cliq mobile application, I am facing some issues. Whenever I open Cliq on mobile, it runs on browsers, and once I restart, it starts working again.
