Zoho One helps us to see and control a lead to deal and helps us to keep each step documented. Making a deal and creating contract is easy in Zoho One and which stands as our primary data base of our day to day work. Zoho One helps me to create tasks and it’s continuous reminder helps me to create my work on time. One another important part is to generate reports. We use Zoho One to create reports for each meeting and mostly daily activities. Which helps us to improve our business and work. These reports are customisable and that gives so much clarity and visibility of my work. We integrated Zoho One with outlook and it keeps account of our email communication and linked directly with each leads.
