Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
As a company, we now use Zoom for our online phone systems, inter-company meetings, and conference calls, as well as for remote meetings with clients. In my position, I also use the Zoom Webinar add-on to conduct several webinars per month with a large number of clients in attendance. As a web-platform company with clients spread throughout the world, the features Zoom provides make it extremely easy for our employees to connect with clients in all capacities.
- The quality of the calls and video is excellent with little to no connectivity issues.

We used to utilize RingCentral for our phone and online meeting services. The quality wasn't always great and there were connection issues that became problematic for both our employees and our clients.
