Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

Zoom is the ultimate virtual office. I love having customized "meeting rooms" for each client. It makes scheduling and management smooth and structured. The audio recording feature gives my coaching business an extra element of lifetime value.

Pros

Cons

  • Recording management - I would love the ability to only download audio and save space. Right now I have to do this manually each session and it is unnecessarily time-consuming.
  • Valuable pieces of content via recordings
Easy invitation and download system. Love the compatibility with the app!
Very appropriate for confidential client sessions. The recording feature is key. I also love how I can take a session easily from my phone via the app. As a digital nomad, this flexibility is a must to accommodate my travel.
