Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We use Zoom several times a week, both internally and for customer presentations.
  • Convenient calendar format makes it easy to set up and join meetings.
  • Screen sharing is self evident compared to several competitors.
  • Administering users is relatively easy.
  • Easier administration. It's not simple, for instance, to change a billing option.
  • Better pricing for small organizations.
  • Maybe a family plan?
  • Disassociate the user and their email address. Having multiple emails for a single person would be nice. Dropbox has this issue as well.
  • It's the hub for our meetings. You have to have one if you're a wide flung company.
  • It helps, but doesn't solve; collaboration. It would with Wunderlist integration.
I've used them all, and been a seed investor in several. Zoom works - clearly in the top tier.
The video and audio are a notch better. It's a bit easier to use. The little things add up.
It's not a workflow solution. It would be nice to have an alternative for Slack, where conversations are managed by groups.
