Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom several times a week, both internally and for customer presentations.
- Convenient calendar format makes it easy to set up and join meetings.
- Screen sharing is self evident compared to several competitors.
- Administering users is relatively easy.
- Easier administration. It's not simple, for instance, to change a billing option.
- Better pricing for small organizations.
- Maybe a family plan?
- Disassociate the user and their email address. Having multiple emails for a single person would be nice. Dropbox has this issue as well.
- It's the hub for our meetings. You have to have one if you're a wide flung company.
- It helps, but doesn't solve; collaboration. It would with Wunderlist integration.
I've used them all, and been a seed investor in several. Zoom works - clearly in the top tier.
- Skype and WebEx Meetings
The video and audio are a notch better. It's a bit easier to use. The little things add up.
