Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
As a consultant with clients across the US, I use Zoom to maintain and support relationships and professional support daily. I insist on video conferencing (rather than phone calls) with clients. Zoom is simple, powerful and effective. Most of my clients have now navigated to also using Zoom to communicate internally in their organizations.
- Easy access, even for the least tech-savvy professionals
- Simple screen sharing for document review and illustrating points
- Ability for me to "reach into" their computer to modify documents
- Low internet bandwidth of my clients causes freezing - is there a way to diminish their picture quality?
- More intuitive controls for audio setup; first-time users struggle.
- Ability for me to "brand" zoom for my company.
- Positive: it's just like being there
- Cost savings for my customers
The simplicity of this product is what makes it so useful.
