Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Our department is using Zoom. We also have other departments that use it but I can only speak to ours. We have been hosting webinars to try and educate our customers about our product and it's been very successful so far. We also use it to host video meetings internally because we have a lot of salespeople in the field we need to stay connected to.
- Easy to set up and use. The entire software is intuitive to use.
- Zoom support/chat feature has answered many questions for me. they are super helpful.
- Zoom webinars allow for anonymous participation - so no one can tell if there are 2 or 200 people in your webinar.
- Allow email invitations to go out right from the software.
- More customization offers available in the reminder emails.
- Allowed us to communicate to our customers directly in a more formal way.
- Allows people who never met to see each other at meetings.
I do not use Zoom Rooms
I selected Zoom because of how easy to use it is and I liked being able to pay for a year so I don't have to worry about the expense of the product each month.
