We use zoom in a mixed technology setting (Polycom, laptops, cell phones). We use it across our entire organization. It allows us to efficiently connect our proceedings with other parts of our govt to cut down on time spent and costs of transport.
We host different hearings and sometimes we have multiple parties on at the same time. The waiting room functionality has certainly made it easy to organize and keep track of who is in a call. Also being able to do test calls with the parties involved without having to create a separate invite has simplified things for us.
