Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We use Zoom in our Human Resources Department. We interview over a thousand applicants a year, and Zoom has streamlined the process and given us a more professional candidate experience.

Pros

  • Streamlined scheduling.
  • Great app integration.
  • Great video quality.

Cons

  • We cannot customize user access.
  • The per user rate is expensive for base.
  • The cloud storage is limited.
  • We're streamlining our recruitment process.
  • We've seen increased collaboration.
  • It's created new possibilities to explore.
Zoom is useful if you want to avoid laggy video connections and dropped calls. It also has a nice user experience. The ability to share documents and the host screen really opens up a lot of possibilities for virtual meetings. It cannot truly replace face-to-face meeting experiences, but it can come close.
