Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We have various remote employees, and every morning our company does a 10-15 minute standup meeting. We use Zoom to call in remote employees via call or video conferencing to check in with those employees daily and maintain communication. We also use it to have frequent calls with clients and businesses.
- Video or audio conferencing with optional mute.
- You can call in from your phone or computer.
- There's a chat feature within Zoom.
- I haven't had any issues with Zoom.
- We've been able to have quicker, more efficient meetings because Zoom is so easy to call into.
- We've experienced fewer dropped calls.
- Slack and GoToMeeting
I've almost always had dropped calls or difficult experiences with GoTo Meeting and Slack calls. The quality is poor and the reliability isn't there. I've had no issues to date with Zoom after using it for almost one year.
