Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
I started using Zoom 4 years ago when I decided to start holding video meetings with my virtual team, and the tool we had been using, Gotomeeting, only had support for a limited number of participants. From day one Zoom has worked flawlessly. I continue to need to use other tools to meet with customers, and I am often disappointed because of their complexity and the challenges for reliability. I really can't say enough good things about Zoom. It works, it's easy, and it's affordable.

- Good video.
- No dropped calls.
- We would like the ability to choose the layout as a viewer.
- It's provided the ability to meet with my teams face to face with no tech barriers.
