Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We use chat, video conf, and rooms as well as bringing the phone into the fold now across the company. It addressed many issues we had with Skype for Business.

  • Ease of use.
  • Great support with sales and technical implementation.
  • It is very reliable.
  • More API integrations.
  • Feature discrepancies on mobile device platforms.
  • It doesn't support the dev environment as well as products like slack.
  • We finally have a solution in place for video conferencing that the userbase is behind. It's been a great addition to the company and a huge win for IT.
  • We have had issues getting Slack users to use the chat features.
  • It is a step closer to a unified communication solution for the company.
I think as features have been added it has really a great product. We use it daily for calls, support, chatting and meetings. We have seen the results first hand of having meetings and conferencing solutions the company can count on.
It's been great so far. We currently are in the process of bringing this in but what I have experienced personally has been great. A simple and effective phone addition to a highly used product.
I think Zoom is best in class as the standard user. Slack is tough to take out of first place in a development user base.
All scenarios, minus dev environments, where Slack seems to be king. I understand that is a different product with different motives and that Zoom is essentially best in class when it is useful, but I think there are many companies that would love to collapse to a single chat client for various reasons.
