Easy to use and reliable. Consistent experience regardless of the size of rooms or differences of equipment. Some of the PSO engagement have over-engineered which resulted in costly rooms.
We just started using Zoom phone in 2 locations and are seeing a huge potential that will allow us to go global. It brings valuable integration and the ability for employees to move from voice on desk, mobile, and onto a Zoom Room.
