Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

Zoom is used by the entire org across thousands of users and conference rooms. It solves issues with communication and decision making throughout all orgs of the company. Zoom solves the issue where we aren’t collaborating unless we are in the office. This helps with allowing anyone to meet anywhere and at any time.
  • Zoom brings standardization across the entire company, especially in global company like mine. It is vendor agnostic so that allows us to standardize with the same equipment, regardless of region.
  • Zoom does collaboration really well. It allows you to use the same software to collaborate via touch to even emojis to show your reactions to the meeting.
  • Zoom does well with listening to their customers and providing them with their needs regardless of whether it will make them money, this in the end brings them more customers as they become more trustworthy and a true partner.
  • Digital signage is a field that they don’t do well. The software is so basic it only adds more issues by using it.
  • Scheduling panels are not done well and make it even harder for users to make sure they are checking in to their meetings, for example.
  • Zoom at times jumps the gun on features without listening to their customers first. This results in products and features that constantly miss the mark.

Zoom rooms provide us with the ability to scale in a cost effective way.
Zoom is very well suited for companies that are starting out and are looking to scale while keeping cost down. Zoom is less suited for environments that have already deployed thousands of Cisco or Polycom rooms.
