Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We use Zoom across the whole organization so far. Zoom helps us to organize meetings, chat, and schedule calls for the entire company.

Pros

  • Video presentation
  • Voice
  • Chat
  • Contacts

Cons

  • No hierarchy as on Skype For Business (check manager, direct report to, etc.)
  • Continuous outages lately.
  • Many clicks to get to some basic areas.
  • Problems with compatibility of plugins all the time.
  • Cost savings on phone calls.
  • Better option available.
Phone is quite ok. The contacts are easy to reach, the calls are OK.
Zoom works fine for a small company and on 1 to 1 meeting, basic meetings and chats. Zoom is a bit unreliable lately. We get some outages and also the plugin are continuously problematic. Still, it does the job and is a bit better than Skype for Business.
