Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom across the whole organization so far. Zoom helps us to organize meetings, chat, and schedule calls for the entire company.
- Video presentation

- Chat
- Contacts
- No hierarchy as on Skype For Business (check manager, direct report to, etc.)
- Continuous outages lately.
- Many clicks to get to some basic areas.
- Problems with compatibility of plugins all the time.
- Cost savings on phone calls.
- Better option available.
Phone is quite ok. The contacts are easy to reach, the calls are OK.
