Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
It is being used across the whole organization. The majority of any meetings now are all done working from home, and it helps with having video or audio meetings for any technical discussion with a group of participants. We also have our weekly meetings on a regular basis for different requirement discussion and our quarterly meets via Zoom.
Pros
- Video and audio calls work really well
- Easily integrates with 3rd party apps
- Option to have toll free region based phone numbers for audio calls
- Go live on social media for read only viewers
- Records locally or over the cloud as per settings
Cons
- Should have an option to force disable video for all users
- Have a banner for users who are in waiting room so can share message with them
- Breakout rooms should have a option for view only for admins so can view all of them together
- Zoom made connecting with other employees pretty simple and easy.
- It's a good tool to showcase and demo the products virtually.
- Team collaboration while working on a specific project is greatly increased.
Zoom is much more user friendly and has a plethora of options compared to other software. Once you start using Zoom it's just so easy. I have no complaints. You don't even wish to use other softwares anymore or even think of exploring others because it keeps you happy. Zoom would really top the rank among others I have used in the past.
