You can join meetings instantly from any device in Zoom. The Zooms user interface is relatively simple and aims to provide a high-quality experience. You can create seamless Zoom sessions in a number of ways. You can schedule it from the desktop application, website, calendar, cell phone, and browser extension. Meetings are very simple and completely customizable. You can turn video on or off for meetings and allow participants to share.
- Ease of use is the most attractive feature. Anyone who has the even least amount of contact with the computer can use it without any problems.
- Video calls also have great picture quality. We can sync the Outlook calendar with Zoom so you can get notifications before the session.
- It is not possible to contact a person directly to join the meeting, the link or ID must be shared before the meeting. It's not very useful
- you must have a good quality connection to take full advantage of the tool.
- We can easily share our presentations by zooming in.
- We can easily use it on PCs, tablets and iOS devices.
- The Zoom Session Host has good controls for managing cloud sessions.
- We use it for daily meetings, quality training, end-user interactions, internal training purposes and more. We use it to handle daily activities, events, seminars and to connect with large groups of people from a remote location.
- The user-friendly interface allows us to understand the conversation that is on the agenda by sharing thoughts, by sharing the display and solving problems with the team on various topics.
