Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Zoom Workplace is our main office phone and has completely replaced a physical phone. It allows us just about work anywhere and not be tethered and hindered by physical phone connections.
Pros
- Easy accessible from practically anywhere there is an internet connection
- Easily able to set up message retrieval
- Allows access to texting ability that was previously not an option on the physical phone
Cons
- Setting functions will need to be done from the desktop version and not the app. It would be helpful if this was inter-changeable.
- Definitely for the better in terms of versatility and cost savings on physical phones
